This morning I was driving from Apeldoorn to Amersfoort, I did a check in in Apeldoorn and a check out in Amersfoort, but for some reason the check out was not recorded, and it says that I have to pay 20 euros, please help

Are you very sure you used both in Apeldoorn and Amersfoort the gates/poles of NS and not those of another railway company? If not, you should contact customer service.
