Good evening, shortly after I arrived I got myself a “NS Flex Dal Voordeel”. Shortly after I realized I was going to need a different subscription. I tried to change the current OV card I had but I couldn’t since it was the first month. So I payed the 119.95 Dal Vrij subscription and got another OV card for it. Now I got my 2nd card which I thought would be my Dal Vrij, and after adding it to the account it tells me it is a “Travel on balance” kind of card. I already payed my subscription and I don’t know how to use it. Please help.

You need to contact the NS Customer service for this. They can help you by changing your subscription to the correct one.
