I have ordered for a personalized OV-Chip card with NS Flex subscription on 11th July 2022 to Eindhoven address.

I have not received the chip-card yet. 

Need help in delivering card at the earliest as I need it on the weekend for the plans.

Sorry to read you haven’t received your OV-chipcard yet! In this case, I do recommend contacting customer service by phone, chat or Twitter or Facebook. They are able to provide you with a status update, as well as provide you with a solution. If you have not received your OV-chipcard yet, they can provide you with temporary tickets as well so you can start using your new subscription.

Unfortunately, I am not able to do this for you as this is a Community where travellers help travellers. If I may give a recommendation for a method to contact us, I would recommend chatting with or or calling us, as we are very busy on Twitter and Facebook at the moment.
