Did you order by NS-with some subscription or just the card from OV-chipcard?

IF you ordered from NS there is always a term mentioned-at least 5 working days=1 full week. IF (and only IF) the subscription also started from that day, there is a kind of money back for tickets you had to buy-you have to contact service centre for that-also on the howtodoit.

MOst common reason why it takes longer is an incorrect or incomplete address (postal code in the dutch way!), but last month there have indeed been quite a lot of similar reports about late delivery. Next common reason are addresses with a lot of people in them-like student homes-often the reason is then IN that house.
