Hello, I bought a yellow ov card and the membership but I still didn't receive the card. Can you please check that for me as my memberships starts from tommorw and I have planned travel I would like to get a discount.

You do need to contact Customer Service for this. We are nog able to help you here. They can arrange for you that you can travel with the normal costs of your subscription, so with the discount. Actually you are making an arrangement to deal with the situation. Still I think you will have the card soon, but it should have been there bij now.
