Good evening.

 

I accidentally declined my direct Debit monthly bill for October. 
So It is still outstanding, how do I pay it manually. 

Is there an IBAN i can send it with my invoice number or can i request a new payment request (changed emails in between). 

 

I do not have acces to my old email, so can someone from the admin Team send me a new payment request?

You can contact our customer service to change your email, they can also resend the reminder to pay.
