For this month in the factuur, I saw Correctietarieven € 28,00. Where is this coming from? I can’t see any corrections/mistakes for any trips for this month in my travel history. 

 

I want an explanation for that. Thank you.

To me, it reads like 1 € 20,00 correction from NS and 2 € 4,00 corrections from a different carrier. (Bus, tram or metro).

As Vareo stated, please contact NS customer support as well as customer support of the other carrier.
