You could take a free Revolut account and then use it to pay the subscription. Revoluts support iDeal payments (which is used for the first payment) and direct debit (which is used for all future payments).

The only way is visiting a servicedesk at a Dutch station.

if you don't have ideal, you can take out a subscription via the live "consumer chat".
I also don't have ideal since I live abroad, and I got it done in 15 minutes via chat.
