I want to pay a season ticket on the app NS but I have a foreign Bank an so it is not possible for me to pay via iDEAL. What should I do except visiting an office at train station?

You could take a free Revolut account and then use it to pay the subscription. Revoluts support iDeal payments (which is used for the first payment) and direct debit (which is used for all future payments).

if you don't have ideal, you can take out a subscription via the live "consumer chat".
I also don't have ideal since I live abroad, and I got it done in 15 minutes via chat.
