Forget to check in

On October 2, I had a trip from Schiphol Airport to the Bijlmer Arena. When I arrived at the Bijlmer Arena, I realized that I had forgotten to check in at the airport. Because of this, I was charged 20 euros. I can't make a refund request in my personal account because there is such a message: "Error: Er is een fout opgetreden. Om technische redenen kun je voor deze reis geen geld terug bij vertraging aanvragen."
Could you help me to refund money?
