forget to check out at same station

I checked in at utrecht terwijde and missed to catch train for utrecht centraal. Got bus immeditaely and forget to check out at the same station.

I am using ns flex and When i try to give forget out in uitcheckgemist.nl and it says i can do it ns.nl and i dont see any option there, instead it took utrecht centraal station based on my regular travel route without checkout time in my transactions. Please let me know how i can fix this. Because in uitcheckgemist.nl it shows 20 Euro fee and in ns.nl it takes as i checkout out in utrecht centraal. Please advise on this.

Welcome to the NS Community!

The NS Flex system incorrectly assumed you travelled from Terwijde to Utrecht Centraal by train (you probably do that often, so that makes sense) but the Qbuzz ride proves you didn’t.

Contact Customer Service to have that corrected.

I wonder why uitcheckgemist.nl shows €20 There should be no amounts there because you have NS Flex.
