I just took the train from Enschede to Hengelo and forgot to check out.

how can I check out please ?

If you're still able to, you can go back to the station and check out after all. This is possible until 6 hours after the original check in. If this is not possible for you, you can contact our Customer Service and my colleagues should be able to help you with this. You can reach them by phone (030-7515155), via Twitter and Facebook, or you can start a Chat conversation (option 'Chat with NS’).

If you're using an NS Flex subscription, keep in mind that the transaction can take a couple days to be processed, so I would suggest to contact my colleagues after the weekend.
