I missed check out when i left amsterdam.

Now i am in Asia, but OVPay.nl homepage does not work correclty.

I write Payment reference number and amount, but it always say

“Sorry, something went wrong on our end. Please try again later.”

 

How can i request a refund about “Not check out”?

If you checked in with a card, you should use OVPay.nl. But if that isn’t working (sometimes websites disable access from specific countries, when I was on holiday I couldn’t login to any workrelated apps for example, because they disabled access from outside the EU).

 

You should try to contact OVPay, to check for you why it isn’t working properly
