Contact OV-chipcard customer service. This can be done by phone, they are available weekdays from 07.00 to 21.30 and Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 10.00 to 16.00 at 0900-0980.

You can check this with the customer service of the OV-chipcard. If you have also ordered a subscription that has already started, you can contact our customer service to obtain Temporary Travel Rights.
Hi! I’ve ordered my ov chip card last week. It’s suppose to be delivered within 7 days but nothing has been delivered yet. The address is correct as I have screenshot it for reference. Is there an additional way to trace the order?

The answers given above are still valid. You can contact the customer service of OV-chipcard (0900-0980). If you've ordered a subscription and need to use it, you can contact NS Customer Service (030-7515155) for temporary travel rights.
