I didn't receive my cart

I ordered my cart on October 5th with order code: R01_0216409465. I've paid for it but it hasn't arrived yet, what can I do so it won't be delayed any longer? Has something gone wrong?

You have to contact the NS customerservice. Normally a new card will recieve in 5 till 7 workingdays.
