My card was about to be delivered by today but I havent’t recieved it. Can you please check when I will get it ?

No one can-its probably somewhere in the mail (postNL) and they have huge staff shortages-some places only get the mails every 2nd day or so. OR do you maybe live in some big house with many people where the mails are not really checked?

There is a kind of rule that IF you have a subscription-for free or educed train travel on the pass, then NS will compensate you for tickets you had to buy-contact them BEFORE you start travel.
