I was order a OV-chip card for my school, it have to be arrived on 16 of September but till now there is nothing arrived yet.I was order it with monthly-route subscription and I paid 135 euro when I was order it, Now I have to attend to lessons otherwise it gonna be big trouble. I called the customer service of NS they also said nothing about card. It just passed 5 days of subscription without used it. Thanks NS for scammed.

Once you order a subscription, NS will send out a request to the OV-chipcard company. It's their responsibility to produce and send the card. If something goes wrong, it's best to contact their Customer Service to have your problem solved. Meanwhile NS offers a Temporary Ticket to replace your card. Therefore you can contact our own Customer Service.
