Dear Madam/Sir,

My name is shuqi and my OV card is 3528 0500 0698 5735.

I was traveling so I bought your product weekend card it charges me 34.95 euros.

I saw your website that mentioned only buy this products and there is no other things there, unfortunately today the OV card charge me 80 euros!! I am surprised and ask the company workers.

They told me I have to pick up on the machine! I am quite angry about this because nobody tell me this process. So I want to complaint about this and ask my money back.

When you ordered your subscription, there was a notice that you had to go to a ticket machine once to load NS Flex onto your chipcard.

That was also repeated in an email you should have received.


You can try getting a refund for forgotten OV-chipcard, although this is sligtly different, as you did not forget your card but forgot you load the subscription on the card.
