When I check out my ovichipkaar I do not see how much it costed. An agent told me that I will see that at the end of the month. However, I want to see it immediately. How can I change this?

This is only possible by cancelling your NS Flex subscription and switching to travelling om card balance. For 40% off peak discount a version "op saldo" is also available.

You can however see the costs of your trips within 24 hours by creating a My NS account and adding your card to it.
