  • Op het juiste spoor

I got my Invoice as usual and my total is 40,98 euro. But , Ns charged my bank account 55,83euro. I don’t understand why this happened. How can I fix this problem.

Is it possible that the € 55,83 was for the previous invoice? If not, you can contact our Customer Service like Thom suggested.
