lost all my registeree ov chip cards

Hello, 

 

I lost my bag and it had all my ov chip cards registered to my name in it. All of them are gone and I’ve no idea how transfer their balances and order new ones. Can someone help me ?

Sorry to read that! I recommend blocking the cards via this website. For this to work, you either need to have the card linked to your account or you will need to know the card number and expiry date.

Our own customer service might be able to help out as well.
