lost Ov, need expiration date to block it

Hi, I lost my OV and in order to block it I need to have the expiration day, however this in not visible from MyNS. 

Could you provide this date so I can order a new OV?

I tried to call the OV chip card costumer service but it does not work whit my foreign phone number.
