Hi! I took the train at Hilversum to Amsterdam central station in the 01/07/2022, and when I got to Amsterdam central I took the THALYS train to Paris and did not check out.  Could you please help me to adjust the missed check out? Thank you in advance.

That can happen. You had best contact NS Customer service and put in a claim there.
