Missing amount in the invoice

Hello,

I am using NS Flex Basis card. This card is not required to top up as at the end of the month invoice gets generated & money gets debited automatically from the account. But by mistake I topped up this card 2 times. Now when I seen the invoice, i can not see the amount i topped up. 

 

Please help. Thanks in advance.
