System doesn't accept my ov chipcard. This issue is in android app. Please,  resolve the problem)

Do you want to add your card to your Mijn NS-account or are you trying to do something else? This will work better on the website. Do you get some kind of error?

Simple; do NOT use app, use site and first create account to log in (mijnNS).
