I order a ov chip + fixed route and it never arrived. When I call ns they told me to call ov chip card, I call ov chip card and they told me I am not registered in their system, that ns has to help me. Called ns again, and they told me there is nothing they can do. They had already charge me of course, it is outrageous.

I am sorry to read that your new OV-chipcard didn't arrive. Unfortunately, we can't check when the card is sent to your address. What we can check is if there is an OV-chipcard number. You can ask for the OV-chipcard number at our costumer service. If we have that, you can contact the costumer service of the OV-chipcard to ask where this card is. The OV-chipcard number should be in their system so they can inform you about this.
If your contract already started, then you can also contact our costumer service to get temporary travel right.
