  • No refund for missed log out. Last year the app told me to wait a few months, and now the app is telling me something like it is expired. I can't pay multiple time 20 euro to goo to Naarden

On May last year I was no longer allowed  to ask refound for missing check out

So the app told me to wait a few months

But recently it is telling me I can no longer ask because too long time has passed

 

Are we serious?

The totaal is 60 euros....

This is not the way it works. You can only ask for a refund a limited number of times within a certain timeframe. If you exceed that number you will not get a refund for subsequent cases. This is to avoid fraud by not checking out strategically and claiming you just made a short trip.

After the timeframe his expired you can again ask for a refund but of course not for cases in the past. So no refund for May last year.

The question remains why you forget to check out so often? The solution is to improve your own discipline by normally checking in/out just like other people do.
