Not able to add NS business card

I am not able to add my NS business card, giving me invalid card details but I am sure all the details were correctly entered.

Are you using Mijn NS Zakelijk?

If you can't add your Business Card to a Mijn NS Zakelijk account, then I would advise you to contact customer service by phone at 030 300 11 11 to have them take a look at what's wrong.
