I haven’t received my NS card yet. It has been 3 weeks since I applied and I am already paying for it without having it.

I'm sorry to read that you didn't receive your card yet. Please contact the customer service of the OV-card to ask where your card is. If you have a subscription that allows you to travel with a discount or free, please contact our customer service for temporary travel right.
Stange, 3 weeks and nothing delivered
As a test (pretending to be a new customer named T. Est), I ordered a new card via NS a week ago (Thursday 31 Augustus) and it arrived on Tuesday 5 September.
That’s 3 working days (no mail delivery on Monday of course).
