Hello together,
I‘am from Germany and already have a personal OV card. I would like to order the the Weekend Voordeel, which is not possible without a dutch adress and phone.
Even if I fake this data, I still can’t buy with my german bank account.
How can I buy this subscription and how to stop it again? How complicated is it, to take a second person from Germany with me using the subscription?

You first need to order a personal chipcard here:
https://www.ov-chipkaart.nl/en/apply-for-personal-ov-chipcard
Once you've received it, you can order Weekend Voordeel (or another subscription) by calling NS customer service, or at an NS ticket office.
You don't need a Dutch phone number. When you create an NS account, it will ask for one but since they never use it, just fill out a 10-digit number, r.g. 010 0000000.

It’s a bit of a hassle but a (free) Revolut account should work with iDeal.
Best is to call +31 30 751 5155 or go to a service desk at a Dutch station. Be aware that the process for auto-debit takes up to 10 days.
