ns machine didint charge but alraedy cut money from my bank card

Remove your Visa card number immediately and your ov card number as well. Everybody is able to read it, this is a public forum.  Click on the three points,

Niet de réiziger op 1, 2 en 3, maar de betálende reiziger op 1,2 en 3! Wat meer controle en handhaving roept geen agressie op, maar voorkomt het juist. De opgekropte ergernis van de betalende reiziger mag best wat meer meetellen.

I had the same problem yesterday. on the machine, it was said payment aborted, but I still got charged on my credit card, I tried four times, so charged four times without any tickets for me.

Probably it didn't charge, but make a reservation on your card. When the transaction never happened, these reservations will disappear again soon.
