I live close to the border in Aken and want to buy a subscription with OV chipkaart

However the order form does only allow Dutch address.

Any advice is appreciated, thank you!

With a German address it is possible to buy a personal OV-chipcard via the OV-chipcard website: https://www.ov-chipkaart.nl/en/apply-for-personal-ov-chipcard

Once you've received the card, a subscription can be ordered by phone via customer service to avoid the order form that only allows Dutch adresses.

And after ordering an NS subscription, you can claim back the costs of the chipcard from NS, since the chipcard is supposed to come free of charge with an NS subscription.

Don’t count on it… unless NS Customer Service made a note to reimburse the cost.
