I have ordered the card today but I cannot see it on my products section. Shall I wait till the transaction be completed?

Welcome to our NS Community sefaoksas. I have alot of questions, but let's start with these:

  1. On which website and when did you order the OV-chipcard?
  2. What is the start date of the season ticket, if you've ordered it on the NS website?

  1. I ordered today at 14:42 and from this website: https://www.ns.nl/en/nsflex/webshop#/bestelling/producten/2
  2. I don’t know the start date to be honest. But it should start from the moment I ordered.

When you order a season ticket on a new card the earliest possible starting date is 7 days from order date, so if you ordered today and did not change the default starting date, your starting date is the 17th. After ordering TLS will produce the card for you and send it to your address. When you have ordered it today the card is not produced yet so the number is not yet known. Without a cardnumber the card cannot be added to your MijnNS account.
