OV card problem

Hi! I’ve wanted to make a subscription for unlimited trips in the weekend for one month. I tried to put my personal OV card and the app told me that the birth date it is not the same. (E102) I check the details and I put my birthday correctly. Does anybody knows how I can fix the problem? Cause I really need the subscription.
