Good evening, I want to ask, my son lost his transportation card on November 1 in Amselvin, and I don't know how much the card number is, can I cancel it?

My son's card is linked to mine and I don't know the card number, my son's name is Ghassan

    Good evening, I'm sorry your son lost his card. You can replace the card with OV-chipcard. They can also cancel it if you don't want to renew it. If your son has an NS subscription that he needs to use you can contact our customer service for that.
