I am a new NS card user, on the way from Breda to Tilburg, I forgot to scan the card, so I scanned it only in Tilburg, 20 euros were debited from my account, and after a few minutes another 20 euros. a few days later, I received a letter from NS saying that there was an error and that only 13 euros would be debited from my account. But today 40 euros was debited from my bank account
