I have ordered personalized ov chip card and the activation date is September 2. But still i didn't receive the card.

We can't look into your account here, so I'd advise you contact the customer service to have them take a look if the product has been properly ordered. If it is and it's simply late, we can also provide you with a way to use your product for a while while you're waiting for your card to be delivered. We can then also give you the data you need to contact the OV-chipcard service (TLS) to ask where your card is and have it be replaced if needed. Do keep in mind we're not the supplier of the card, that's TLS, so we can't directly help you with getting the card itself.
