Hi Dear,

 

I have ov-chip card and monthly subscription as a student. But i have received this card without picture. I think i have to change it. What should i do ?

 

 

Good evening, have you already received an email from DUO to link your OV Chipcard for the student subscription? 
If the card has not yet been linked with DUO, you can request a new OV chipcard.

A subscription is only valid when used with a personal OV-chipcard, including a picture. This is also the case for the student travel product if that's what you're using.

If you received a card without a picture, something must have gone wrong with the card production. Please contact the OV-chipcard customer service, you can reach them by phone via 0900-0980.
