Hello, I applied for a weekend pass card but I haven't received it yet. The delivery date was September 19th. Can you check it? And if I can change the shipping address, I want to change it.

This community is for NS customers to help eachother. As a fellow customer I can't check your order for you. If you ordered your ov chipkaart through NS, you'll need to contact their customer service for that, through phone, chat or social media. If you ordered your ov chipkaart directly from Translink, you'll need to contact them.

In general I can say it happens regularly that these cards arrive a few days late.
