repeated check in and check out

Hi i have 40% discount card than every time i do check in and check out but the card always counting twice and produces double payment why?????

Very likely that you checked in Groningen for a trip with Arriva (red machine) and not for a trip with NS (yellow machine). . 

For Arriva then a check-out is missing and for NS a check-in is missing.

If that's the case you can best contact customer service to have it corrected. Next time you better use the correct machine for your trips.
