Hello. I accidentally put 50 euros on the card, I also have a subscription to NS, and I pay the bill from them. There are these 50 euros on the card, and I cannot return them - since only 30 euros can be returned. and if it is more, it does not provide such an opportunity. You should be able to have the full amount paid out to you, even if it's more than 30 euros, at an NS service desk.
A more cumbersome method is to end your NS Flex subscription, remove that from the card, and then take out the same subscription again. Once you have loaded it onto the card again, the credit that was still on the card will be subtracted from the invoice you’ll receive after a month.
