No, NS season tickets are only available for personal cards. You can order one together with your subscription if you don't already have one.

IF you order a subscription-paid, on NS you can get the personal card (with foto+name) for free-usual time to produce 7 days. You will also have to upload that passport-foto. There will also be either a creditcheck or need to pay upfront advance.
If you then have any balance (´saldo´) left on the blue card, you can get refund at a staffed counter-keep it, it may come handy in some cases still.
