I lost my ov chipcard. And when I check the transcription from the app I see my card is using now. I want to block my card because someone found my card and using it but the website says you need a code to replace your card. And sending a code by post will take 2 work days. Apparently it will take long time. My question is "Will I be able to take my money back then which I didn't use?"

Thom is right. The best you can do is contact our Customer service and follow the steps they'll provide for you.

Seeing as you're no longer in possession of the card, you'll need to order a replacement. Make sure you request the number of your OV-Chipcard and it's expiry date so you can do so.
