Hello There,

Recently I lost my OV chip card and I replaced it with a new one. Now I noticed I have been charged the subscription fee for the old/lost card as well.

 

Contact Customer Service. We do not have access to your data. Replacing a card does not mean that anything changes with your subscription btw.


IF you have arranged via NS-service to have card replaced (due to lost/stolen) the subscription will automatically be put on the new card. IF you however made your own way to get a new card and then put a new subscription for whatever on it, you did it the wrong way and are now faced with 2 subscriptions.

BTW-the fee for a new card in this case is 11 eur.
