I am writing to inquire about the process for transferring my current NS flex plan to a new OV card. I recently purchased a new OV card and would like to transfer the plan from my old card to the new one.

Could you please advise me on the steps involved in transferring the plan to a new card? I would appreciate any assistance you can provide in this matter.
