As far as I know, the front and back of the real-name card should be yellow, but the back of my card is blue, like an anonymous card. Is this a new version of the card or is it a printing error?

You should remove the photos, it contains sensible information. Click on the three dots in the lower-right corner of the message and choose ‘Bewerk’.
