Hello,

 I had planned to travel from Heyendaal in Nijmegen to Sittard. However, I forgot to tap my OV card and ended up buying an E-ticket on the train. When I arrived in Roermond and tried to switch from an Arriva train to an NS train, I accidentally tapped my card on the Arriva device before realizing that I had already purchased an E-ticket.

I'm hoping you can advise me on what steps to take to get a refund for this mistake. I've already tried to check my journey history on the website, but the system wasn't able to show me anything.

If you only checked in, you can correct this on 'uitcheckgemist’. You can enter the same check-in and check-out station, so you will get the full refund. If you also checked out, then please contact Arriva for a refund.
