I have recently travelled on 2 july 2022 from Roermond to "no information available". It has deduction of 20 euros. Please help me with this. 

I ahve other travel history for same date and travel is from Roermond to Eindhoven. 

You probably did something wrong with checkin in or out. Check your Travel history. It may be refunded by Customer Service.


Roermond has 2 different masts-for 2 companies-yellow for NS and blue for ARRIVA. You must use (this is a fine dutch way to mislead all travellers without much knowledge-also very often happens to dutch) the masts for checkIN for whcih train you use and also checkOUT first at same company-and in case of a change then for comp. #2. If you do not do that in exact order, a fee of 20€ for missing checkOUT will be charged. Can-sometimes-rectify this via ´uitcheckgemist.nl´

Some other stations, like f.e. Sittard, have gates and these are also separate for the companies.
