Hey. I have bought a NS Flex chipkaart from September 1st. In the case I don't received the new Ov chipkaart until September 1st, can I travel without Ov chipkaart in these days after September 1st?

Apart from buying tickets en getting a refund, you can contact customer service beforehand and get couponcodes with which you can buy tickets with the discount of your subscription.
No, of course not. You will need at least some thing to pass gates.
There is a special rule for this-you buy the tickets as normal and get refund for them-but have to contact service about it-good luck with that, certainly today after all the strikes.
When you ordered th card there must have been a message when first day could be-but often one cannot even order for an earlier day (to allow for making the card and sending it in the mail)
