Hello. I recently took out the €35 per month subscription to have 40% off-peak hours and unlimited trips on the weekends. For this, I requested a personal card that should have arrived by mail or letter, but it didn't. I think it's because I entered the wrong address. Is there any possibility of changing it or locating my card in some way, or what would be the procedure to request another one in this case?

For €35 you can travel freely only on weekends. A 40% discount during off-peak hours costs a €3.40 surcharge.
